Laws

Some may argue on what laws should come first in the order of priority & the enforcement of those laws. That usually depends on the primary focus & objective of the enforcer. So simply writing a law can never change the fact that some day a potentially flawed person will have to read, interpret & enforce that law. 

Most people should agree that natural human rights should be considered first & most while drafting any other laws that take into account systemic operations.  My definition on what Natural Human Rights are may differ from what google says so you be the judge..

A rough description is; a circumstance where most people will do something about or at least disagree with a situation. Example if a child is running in the street almost everyone on the planet will help that child to safety. These laws are written in our sole & almost everyone enforces them immediately without much doubt slowing them down. 

2nd in priority; inalienable human rights. freedom to take liberty to do what you want without being controlled by others unless they are breaking a law. This one is getting stretched thin nowadays. An observation of different groups with varying interests & beliefs make diverse use of public spaces & control the approval of what uses those properties permit.  When a specific property is designated for a specific use it then rejects all other uses permission. Cultural & religious differences are usually at odds in this realm, yikes! sticky stuff. Public & private property each have their use stated inherently.

Property ownership & capitalism need a bunch of rules to ensure that greedy peoples empire building ventures don't ruin things for everyone else. Some actually think that a state of nature is appropriate on the extreme side of this. Thats the opposite side of Law & Order. A good foundation of human rights & principals can take the shards of glass out of this beach & hopefully the guy in the tricked out Hummer too. 

The balancing act of all laws combined seem like the intentions shouldn't need much explaining but the will of the majority of people seems to have taken a back seat to the majority of dollars once again as always happens through time. Its all the result of the capacity of control & power. Who holds the most dictates outcomes. This is a hard fact. 

Power & money vs the power of the people. Workers & owners are trying to play different games with the same rule book. The gray areas are where the devil has the most freedom.  Unions attempt to counter this affect with collective bargaining. Could it be that this culture of corporate monopolies isn't how life was meant to be? This network of mega mining, farming  shipping & distribution of resources really seems like the end is finite. We are feverishly building a machine that acts like an organism that strips the globe clean of everything eventually. 

The manipulation of good clean information is a sin that should be punished in proportion greater than the damage it does. If the majority could know all the facts they would want to change things.  We have the capacity to live great lives responsibly while improving the environment  but greed is running the show currently. Divided people need to get together on this now.  We should be playing the long game for humanity but the logistical hurdles are our own doing by procrastination. They are HUGE! What do you do with billions of people all grouped up & dug in in these heavily developed areas? The trend is growing in a precipitous way. Theres no fairy tale ending to this. We are screwed unless a direction change happens.

The obvious choice is to go plunder other planets. HA! God bless the hearts of those who are actually trying for this but the clock isn't slowing down.  Acting in all directions is responsible. That includes reversing things that are going the wrong way. Our use of limited resources should be only used to deliver us to a sustainable existence or we will end eventually.

Should we trust a hand full of the richest & most powerful people with this? Who are they & how did they get there?  Did greed, vanity or paranoia drive them to the top of this food chain? Usually the best person for an extreme leadership position wont want the job because they respect & fear what they may accidentally do with that colossal power.  The world needs global collective bargaining against these global monopolists to strike a balance.

The Monopolists should not be the ones making the big decisions for the worlds people.  The first step in this direction is to start in a new direction of undividing. Fight the things that divide instead of feed them. There is a system of dividing where there should be a uniting system. This sort of power should be feared particularly by the ones who got it coming to them. They will fight against this idea. 

Asking people to change their nature is a waste of time. they are already good at heart so the priority will start to shift from what is best for globalization to what is rite & good for everyone, not just a few. Maybe globalization can work but moving everything all over the place all the time seems wasteful. 

The big players are holding the nuts firmly currently via our ability to communicate. Really, how can 8,000,000,000 people be on one page? You would need to have real time uncorrupted information that is trusted by all.  Giving lying scum a pass to steel & cheat without ever being punished in front of everyone to witness has destroyed all public faith & now all we do is stand with our jaw open waiting for one person with a spine to do what should be done. Natural human rights are being shit on & its time to enforce them!
